Rumen Stoilov, President

European sambo champion from Varna 82, former judoka and wrestler, freestyle.

For 13 years he was vice president of International Sambo Federation (FIAS). But he is retiring to head the Bulgarian Judo Federation in 2018.

Member of the Board of the European Judo Union since 2020, which made him the first Bulgarian in the governing structures of European judo. A year later he was elected to the Executive Committee of Bulgarian Olympic Committee. Businessman and former deputy.

Dame Stoykov, Vice President

Bronze medalist of the European Championships in 1988 and winner of the "Liberation" tournament. He has been a heavyweight holder for many years. Participant in the Barcelona 92 Olympic Games.

President of United Sports Clubs "Lokomotiv Sofia" .

Since 2018 he is Vice Pesident of the Bulgarian Judo Federation.
